TAX DEDUCTIBLE donations to fund the project are being received by the Champaign County Arts Council, 119 Miami Street, Urbana, Ohio 43078. Checks should be made out to the Harmless Farmer Project c/o the Arts Council. Names of donors of five hundred dollars or more will be added to a plaque to be located at the monument site.
